Privacy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Secure Assure Limited collects through this website, why, and your rights. It was updated on 26 October 2026 so that it describes exactly what the website does.

As used in this policy, personal information means information that would allow a party to identify you such as, for example, your name, address or location, telephone number or email address.

Our Principles

We keep our privacy policy human readable, comprehensive and easy to find; we collect only the minimum information reasonably necessary, and keep it only for as long as reasonably needed; we do not use information from this website for marketing or advertising, and do not provide it to anyone else without your permission unless required to; and, unless the law prevents it and provided we hold your email address, we will tell you if we are required to give a third party your personal information.

What this website collects

This website has no accounts, newsletter sign-up, forums or comments. The only personal information it collects is what you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, email address, and, if you give them, your telephone number, company and what you tell us in your message. The form emails your message to us; nothing you type is stored on the website. You can also telephone us on the number on our contact page, in which case we receive whatever you tell us.

What we do with it

We use the details you send us through the form or by telephone to reply to you and to deal with your enquiry. If we go on to provide services to you, we will also hold the details needed to provide and administer them. We do not use your details for marketing or advertising, and we do not sell them. We keep enquiry emails only for as long as is needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up.

Spam check on the contact form (Cloudflare Turnstile)

To stop automated spam, the contact page uses Cloudflare Turnstile. It loads from Cloudflare on that page only. Cloudflare receives technical details such as your IP address and browser to decide whether you are a person, and handles them under its own privacy policy. No other page loads anything from Cloudflare.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set cookies of its own and has no analytics, advertising or tracking. We use no third-party analytics provider. We remember in your browser’s local storage (not in a cookie) whether you have seen and answered our cookie notice.

Google Maps

The home page can show a Google Map of our office. The map is provided by Google, which receives your IP address and browser details when it loads and may set its own cookies. We therefore load the map only if you agree in the cookie notice (or choose “Show the map” on the page), and you can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” at the foot of any page. Google’s own privacy policy applies to the map.

Server logs

Like most websites, our web server automatically records technical information about each visit, such as your IP address, the date and time, the pages requested and your browser type. This is used only to keep the website secure and working and for systems administration. We do not intentionally link it to any personal information you send us.

Disclosures of personal information

In general we do not disclose personal information to third parties. Our servers may be hosted by a third-party service provider. We may also disclose personal information where we believe in good faith that this is reasonably necessary to take action regarding suspected illegal activity, to comply with legal process such as a court order, or to protect our rights, property or safety, or those of others.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the personal information we hold against unauthorised access and unlawful processing. No website or email can remove security risks entirely.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to correct or delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, and receive it in a portable format. To use these rights, or if you have any question about this policy, contact us using the details on our contact page. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Third-party sites

This website may link to other websites. This Privacy Policy does not apply to them, and we cannot control what they do. Please read their own privacy policies.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will revise the date at the top of this page.
